3 Easy Steps to Earn the Credits You Need:
1. Find the course you need in the myLearningPointe Online Store and add them to your cart.
2. View your cart and complete the check out process and creating your myLearningPointe login credentials.
3. Sign-in to your account and access your courses directly from your Inbox.

Course Consumption
myLearningPointe courses vary in delivery to accommodate for all types of learners. Courses include audio, video, and other innovative technology to enhance the learning experience. Individuals receive credit for a course by listening to, or reading the entire presentation. Upon finishing the course, the participant must post a 75% or higher score on the post course evaluation. If the participant does not post a passing grade or higher, they are allowed to retake the test three times.
Retrieving Your Records
All course records can be retrieved by logging into myLearningPointe and clicking the "My Transcript" link. All of the registrant’s account information, as well as information on purchased and completed courses, is listed in this area. A certificate of completion can also be printed. If you require a printed version of the course or the post-course test, please call 1-888-249-1517 or email mylearningpointe@ntst.com.
Fees & Refunds
Refunds of fees will be made in full, minus a $10.00 processing fee, to any individual participant who requests a refund prior to actually taking any tests/exams for CE credits. Once the individual has taken any test for CE credit or logged on to a CE-credit only item, refunds will not be available. Requests at that point will be handled as a complaint or grievance and our grievance procedure will be followed.
