The goal of this course is to provide information that helps increase employee awareness and knowledge of various emergency situations to promote effective response practices. This course is designed for general audiences. The course covers the following emergency events: blizzard, earthquake, flood, hurricane, tornado, fire, explosion, hazardous substance, workplace violence, civil disturbance, and terrorism. The course includes definitions, warning signs, prevention (if applicable), and best practice tips for employee safety.
